Refund policy

At Beautiful Morning Coffee Shop we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Because our items are perishable, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and safety for all our customers.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept physical returns. Once a perishable has left our facility, it cannot be returned for resale due to health and safety regulations.

2. Damaged or Defective items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.  To be eligible for a resolution, you must.

·         Provide your order number.

·         Attach clear photos of the product and the packaging showing the issue.

·         Describe the specific defect (e.g., "damaged during transit", "expired upon arrival").

3. Resolution Process

Upon review of your claim, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

Replacement: A fresh shipment of the same item at no additional cost.

Store Credit: A credit to your account for the value of the affected item.

Refund: A full or partial refund to your original payment method.

4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances.

Incorrect address: If the order was delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Missed deliveries: If the courier attempted delivery and the package was left unattended, resulting in spoilage.

Personal Taste: If the product is fresh and safe but does not meet personal flavor preferences.

Late Claims: Issues reported after the72-hour window.

5. International Shipping

We love sharing our coffee and teas globally, but please be aware of the following constraints for orders outside of the United States.

·         Customs and Import Duties: Beautiful Morning Coffee is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties levied by the destination country.  These are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

·         Custom Delays: We cannot offer refunds for coffee or teas that has lost freshness due to delays in customs clearance or local post services issues.

·         Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  If a package is returned to us by customs, we will refund the cost of the product (if nonperishable) but not the shipping cost.

·         Restrictions: it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that coffee and tea imports are legal in their country. We are not liable for items seized by customs.

6. Subscriptions

You can pause, modify, or cancel your coffee or tea subscriptions any time through your account portal.    

·         Cancellations: Must be made at least 72 hours before your next scheduled roast date to avoid being charged for that cycle

·         Refunds: We do not offer refunds on subscription bags that have already been roasted and processed for shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund on sale items or gift cards.
